PeopleCloudAI ("we", "us") provides HR and talent software to business customers. This policy describes how we handle personal data in our platform.

We process employee and candidate data submitted by our customers, including names, contact information, employment records, time-off requests, and recruiting applications. Customers control what data is collected and are responsible for providing appropriate notices to their workforce.

How we use data

Data is used to operate the service: authentication, HR workflows, payroll exports, recruiting, notifications, and support. We do not sell personal data.

Security & retention

We apply access controls, encryption in transit, workspace isolation, and audit logging. Data is retained while the customer subscription is active and deleted or returned per contract on termination.
